Half a Year on One Page
A 6-month calendar is a good middle ground. You get a long view of your plans, but the dates are still big enough to read from across the room. Two pages and the whole of 2027 is covered.
It works well on a wall, inside a binder, or on a desk under a sheet of glass.
Holidays or Week Numbers?
We made two versions for each half of the year:
- With federal holidays: all the U.S. holidays are marked. Great for planning time off.
- With week numbers: each date has its week number next to it. Week 1 is January 1 and 2, then week 2 starts on Sunday, January 3. This version suits offices, warehouses and schools that plan by week.
What Is in Each Half of 2027?
January to June 2027 (181 days)
- New Year’s Day (Friday, Jan 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, Jan 18)
- Presidents’ Day (Monday, Feb 15)
- Memorial Day (Monday, May 31)
- Juneteenth, observed (Friday, June 18)
July to December 2027 (184 days)
- Independence Day, observed (Monday, July 5)

In 2027, every federal holiday in the first half lands on a Monday or a Friday. That means five long weekends before July.
Ways to Use a 6-Month Calendar

- Half-year goals: write a few goals at the top and check them at the end of June.
- Family trips: lay out summer plans on the July–December page and see which weeks are free.
- Team planning: put the page on the office wall and mark launches, events and vacations.

Frequently Asked Questions
What months are on each page?
The first page shows January to June 2027. The second page shows July to December 2027.
Is the 6-month calendar free?
Yes. Both halves are free to download and print, in both versions.
How are the weeks numbered?
We use the common U.S. method: week 1 is the week that contains January 1, and each new week starts on Sunday. That makes the numbers match the Sunday-start layout of the calendar.
Can I write on it?
Yes. The boxes are smaller than on a monthly calendar, but there is room for short notes like “trip” or “exam”.
Is there a 2026 version?
Yes. See the 2026 6-month calendar.
